Working Families employer members are those who want to get the very best from their people by creating balanced and agile workplaces. Our members form a really engaged network of employers and we ensure that they are kept up-to-date with leading edge thinking and innovative practice.

The Working Families Best Practice Awards

The Best Practice Awards are your chance to tell us about what you do to develop and support flexible and family-friendly working in your organisation. Each year the Award winners are chosen by our panel of expert judges from all the entries. We hope that you enjoy reading about these different companies, and that perhaps these case studies will provoke new ideas about the way that family friendly and flexible working can be shaped in your own organisation. These are best practice examples; we hope that you can take something from them.
