Sample Letter requesting the Employment Tribunal make an Order that the respondent provide additional information and documents
You might find it helpful to look at more information on Requesting an order from the Employment Tribunal for additional information and documents.
The following is a sample letter requesting an Employment Tribunal make an Order that the respondent provide additional information and documents, it is based on the case described in Precedent 1.
Dear Madam / Sir,
Re: Walker v Heron Hotels Ltd. Case No: 35240/LNA
I attach a copy of my letter to the respondent dated (date). The respondent has not provided the requested information and disclosure. I should be grateful if the tribunal would make an Order. An Order for the requested information and disclosure will assist the tribunal in dealing with the proceedings efficiently and fairly. The questions and documents are relevant in establishing the true reason why the claimant was dismissed and whether the reason was related to pregnancy.
I have copied the respondent into this letter.
Yours faithfully,
(Claimant or claimant’s representative)
