Bereaved Partner’s Paternity Leave
Under The Bereaved Partner’s Paternity Leave Regulations an employee who is either the father of a child, or the partner of a child's mother or primary caregiver will have a statutory right to take up to 52 weeks of extended paternity leave to care for the child if the child's mother/primary caregiver dies.
