Job shares are becoming ever more popular, benefitting both employees and employers. For women in particular it’s an opportunity to advance their careers, helping to close the gender pay gap.

At this lively round table event, we’ll be joined by Nina Keevan and Leanne Almond from the National Crime Agency, alongside Brian Stanislas MBE from the Civil Service HR and Analysis Team. Our guests will be discussing how job shares can help your organisation to work flexibly, their personal experiences of job sharing, and what was involved in launching their own internal job share network.
