Where to find more information about Shared Parental Leave
A great source of information on Shared Parental Leave (SPL) is the ACAS website. There you will find forms and templates for parents to take Shared Parental Leave.
On gov.uk you can find an overview of SPL, who is eligible, and how to give notice. You can also find a tool that will allow you and your partner to calculate your leave and pay. This looks at maternity and paternity leave rights, as well as shared parental leave.
If you are still not sure how SPL affects you, whether you are eligible or what you need to do, then you can always contact our helpline.
