Roundtable: How do employers measure the uptake and impact of family-friendly policies?

Following the hugely popular Roundtable in June exploring Parental Policies, our up-and-coming Roundtable will elaborate further and explore how employers assess the uptake and impact of their family-friendly policies internally.

To open the session, we are honoured to be joined by two fascinating speakers with a passion for family-friendly policies and people data; Anna Whitehead, Senior Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Clyde & Co, and also Siobhan Cole, Head of Human Resources at Audit Wales (one of the 2023 Working Families Top 10 Employers). They will be sharing how they are assessing the uptake and impact of their family-friendly policies within their organisations.

For the second half of the session, attendees will split into smaller groups, and we encourage you to bring your insights and challenges when it comes to measuring the impact of family-friendly policies within your own organisations.
