Every day on our helpline, we hear from people struggling to get by. The mother who has been fired just because she’s pregnant. The father who can’t access the basic flexibility needed to provide essential care for his children. The parent who is working three jobs but still can’t find the money to pay for childcare and put food on the table. As the UK’s national charity for working parents and carers, our free legal advice service has never been more in demand. That’s why we’re taking on this iconic 10k walk. Every step you take, and every penny you raise, will help to empower thousands of working parents and carers.

Let’s walk side by side to support access to justice

Walk alongside our staff, trustees and ambassadors! It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to meet the passionate team behind Working Families. You’ll also be amongst the Lord Chief Justice and thousands of lawyers supporting the London Legal Walk, raising vital funds for frontline free legal advice agencies, including ours.

Everyone is welcome to take part – the routes are accessible and suitable for adults and children, as well as being dog-friendly! Before heading to the start line, we’ll be meeting at the corner of Lincolns Inn Fields and Newman’s Row at 2.30pm and hope to see you there! When you cross over the finish line, you’ll be greeted by a roaring street party complete with street food vendors and live entertainment – the perfect way to celebrate your achievements.
