Sky – Finalist 2018, Cityparents Best Family Network Award

Parents@Sky is an employee network run by volunteers aiming to ‘Make Work Life Balance’ by championing inclusion and developing a culture at Sky where all parents can balance home and work and bring their best selves to work. 

With over 3,000 members, Parents@Sky provides information, support, advice, parent coaching, seminars and events for all stages of parenting. Parents@Sky also campaigns for practical and policy measures to improve the work-life of parents, e.g. reserved Parent and Carer Parking and flexible working.
