Oliver Wyman – Finalist 2018, Best for Embedded Flexibility Award

Management consultancy, Oliver Wyman, allows employees to purchase up to 20 days’ extra holiday or apply for unpaid leave of up to six months to help maintain a healthy work life balance. 

A total of 90 per cent of staff already work flexibly in an informal way, such as working from home or varying their start and finish time. 

The company offers up to 20 weeks’ full pay for maternity leave and four weeks’ full pay for paternity leave.
