Support and resources cover a range of topics including returning from parental leave, postnatal depression, LGBT and families, fathers and carers.
Events and themes are promoted via a monthly newsletter which includes stories of employees’ experiences. Members who shared their experiences beyond the network are credited with helping increase levels of flexible working across the banking group.
