Policy and Research Partnerships
It is thanks to the generous support of our corporate friends, that Working Families can build a strong support network for families and organisations. We can grow our reach through innovating our legal services, working with more employers and providing new ways to support the millions of working parents and carers across the UK.
Our ground-breaking research informs our campaigns, policy and the lives of the UK’s 13 million working parents. There are a range of research opportunities, from YouGov polls and impact reports to major collaborative studies like the Working Families Index.
We welcome corporate giving through donations, knowledge sharing, resources or sponsorship funding to support our work in this area.
Working Families Index 2025
2023 Official Partner, Pinsent Masons.
The Working Families Index is an authoritative and representative snapshot of flexible and family-friendly working in the UK.
This year, this essential piece of work will offer an important new contribution to Working Families’ decade’s worth of Index research, which is a unique and trusted source of data on what working parents need and the challenges they face in today’s workplace. Its findings will continue to influence change for years to come.
As Official Partner, put your brand at the centre of the conversation.
Business Case Series
The Business Case Series will highlight what can work and challenge perceptions of flexible working. Moving beyond the remote and hybrid working options most employers are familiar with, we want to build the case for differing forms of flex. It will bring together the employer voice, government policy and in-depth research.
The importance of evidence-based knowledge is a key driver for Working Families. The Business Case Series will be an important new contribution to Working Families’ decade’s worth of research and trusted source of data on what working parents need and the challenges they face in today’s workplace.
With the support of an Official Partner and collaboration with academic partners, we can offer insight and impact to inform and guide our work with employers, employees and policy influencing activities particularly as we seek to influence future employment bills and Government campaign.
As the Official Partner this will include opportunities for your organisation to gain additional exposure and reach through a comprehensive communications plan.
