About the Benchmark
The Top Employers for Working Families benchmark covers all aspects of workplace agility/flexibility and how employers support the work-life balance of all their staff, and particularly of parents and carers, right across the organisation. It highlights those organisations who are keen to reap the bottom line benefits of an agile and engaged workforce.
- Taking part in the benchmark survey provides a unique opportunity to understand and celebrate what is working well, as well as assess what can be improved.
- Entrants receive their own personalised, detailed feedback which enables you to see whether you are ahead of, or behind, the curve and by how much, on every question.
- Working Families provides a summary report and recommendations for further action which we discuss with you at a feedback session.
- Top-scoring entrants are announced as the Top Employers for Working Families during National Work Life Week with support from media partner HR magazine.
Previous entrants have found that benchmarking has also enabled them to clarify their strategic priorities:
