At this webinar, our Chief Executive, Jane van Zyl will be sharing the findings of this extensive research, in partnership with Talking Talent, looking at the effects of the pandemic and the challenges faced by families, and discussing what it all means for the future of flexible working. The report looks at the effects of the pandemic, and the challenges that are faced by both families and employers, as well as concrete actions for employers to better support their people and foster loyalty through flexible and family-friendly policies, practice, and culture.
