She believes in the value of a fulfilling, balanced working life and its transformative power to create social connections, build self-esteem, and impact the wider community. She is a passionate advocate of equity of opportunity for all.

Helen Hodgkinson, Chief People Officer, TLT LLP
Helen is a passionate advocate for creating inclusive workplaces where families can thrive. As Chief People Officer at the award winning UK law firm TLT, Helen leads the firm’s people strategy, driving initiatives that promote equality, flexibility, and wellbeing across the organisation. Helen has extensive experience in HR leadership and cultural transformation, with previous leadership roles at Vodafone, KPMG, Nationwide Building Society, the Health Service and Essex County Council. Helen champions practical approaches that enable employers to support diverse family structures and foster environments where everyone can succeed.
Helen brings insights from TLT’s work on diversity & inclusion and her commitment to progressive policies that break down barriers to equal parenting. Her perspective combines strategic vision with actionable steps, making her a powerful voice in shaping workplaces that truly work for families. She is often heard to comment on the “Why Not” rather than the “Why” bringing an alternative aspect to the working families debate.

Lee Chambers, CEO, Male Allies UK
After a personal journey which caused him to reframe his masculinity, and years spent researching allyship and inclusion as a business psychologist, Lee founded Male Allies UK in 2023. He regularly speaks on stages across the world about his journey through chronic illness and fatherhood, and how reframing masculinity and engaging in allyship benefits men’s wellbeing, careers, and personal lives. Lee was awarded the Freedom of the City of London for services to equality in business and outstanding contribution to gender equity at work, as well as being the 2023 UN Women Changemaker of the Year for his work on male allyship and gender equity. He sits on the board of CMI Women and Manchester Met Business School, and has had an entrepreneurial journey that has seen his businesses feature in the Startups 100, the British Business Excellence Awards and the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

Daisy Black, Director, Inclusion, Wellbeing & Employee Engagement, Deloitte
Daisy is dedicated to creating workplaces where everyone feels they belong. With previous leadership roles at ASOS and Mitie, Daisy is now Director for inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement at Deloitte UK, responsible for strategies that empower people to thrive. Committed to fostering a culture of belonging, Daisy champions initiatives that put employees at the heart of organisational success.
