The COVID pandemic has created untold pressure for line managers, many of whom have had to manage their own caring responsibilities while dealing with ever-increasing workloads and trying to ensure parity amongst staff who need extra support. How can organisations help line managers rise to the challenge of leading high-performing teams as we emerge from the pandemic and embed new ways of working?

In this session we will be joined by Susanne Jacobs, an organisational behaviour and performance specialist, who helps organisations create sustainable environments where people feel engaged, energised, and inspired to contribute.

With the support of some of our employer member organisations, we will explore hybrid/blended working, how to break habitual working behaviours, and how to equip managers with the skills they need to lead in a hybrid working environment.
