What we’ll be doing during the hacking session
Working Families will be using a Trello.com board to manage the event, which you will receive an email invite to early next week (once you have registered). Please see the Hackathon instructions document for step-by-step instructions on how to use the Trello board and how to update the Working Families advice pages during the hacking session.
What you need to do before the event
- Please ensure that Working Families have received the email address of each member of your team who will be attending the event by ensuring that each volunteer has signed up to the event via the sign-up form. Each volunteer will then receive an email invite to the Hackathon Trello board early next week (beginning 26 Feb).
- Once received, follow the link in the Trello board invite email to get yourself set up with a Trello account and access to the Hackathon Trello board. Please use [your name]_[your firm] as your Trello username e.g. joebloggs_linklaters.
- Please let us know about any accessibility needs that we should accommodate for at the event venue.
