Regatta London – SUP charity place
29th September 2019 | TBC to TBC | Hammersmith London

Regatta London is the UK’s first mass participation paddle sports event, created to raise significant funds for UK charities and to celebrate the environment. This will be the largest paddle sport event in the UK from year one,
With the closure of the Thames Barrier on Sunday 29 September, Regatta London will offer a unique experience for participants to paddle 12 miles through the heart of London, with no tide and no other boats. Starting in Hammersmith and finishing in Greenwich, the route takes in iconic landmarks including: Battersea Power Station, The Houses of Parliament, The London Eye, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich Naval College, and no less than three UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Working Families is the UK’s work-life balance organisation. We help working parents and carers—and their employers—find a better balance between responsibilities at home and in the workplace. Changing the way we live and work!
Working Families’ Legal Advice Service provides free advice on employment rights to over 2,500 working people per year. It gives parents and carers the understanding that it is possible to balance work and caring for loved ones, and arms them with the knowledge and expertise to make it happen.
