Network Chairs – Supporting Working Fathers

Working Families’ next Network Chairs event will take place as a virtual discussion, with contributions from our employer members including Linklaters and Brunel University.

We’ll be discussing how the networks are supporting working fathers in dealing with the ongoing challenges of balancing work and family life, whilst ensuring good mental health and wellbeing.   The pandemic has brought the changing roles and expectations of working fathers into the spotlight – we’ll be discussing how organisations are responding to this and adapting their provision to meet the changing needs of their workforce.

These members’ only events are specifically for you as Network Chairs to share ideas and hear best practice case studies across a range of industries.
