London Roundtable: Equal Parenting Policies and Shared Parental Leave

As more organisations are recognising that all parents, not just mothers, want to be able to care for their children, the availability of equal parenting policies and enhance shared parental leave provision is increasing. At our first Roundtable discussion of the year, we will be hearing from members who are paving the way by introducing parental policies which offer equal amounts of paid leave to all parents and those who have enhanced their shared parental leave provision and promoted it in such a way as to encourage high levels of take up.
