Flexible Working and SMEs: through COVID and beyond
15 Oct 2020 | 9.30am to 10.30am
Part of our National Work Life Week webinar series for employers, in partnership with BreatheHR
Throughout the pandemic, many businesses have had to adapt to new ways of working with many people working from home. For SMEs, this has brought a host of challenges—but also many opportunities for more agile and flexible working.
In this webinar, we will hear insights from Working Families’ newly launched research on how employers across the UK have changed their working practices and attitudes during COVID-19. We will also speak to SME leaders about how they have adapted their ways of working as a result of the pandemic, changes they’ve observed in mindset and behaviour, and whether they think we will see lasting change in the world of work.
