Flex on the Front Line
14 Oct 2020 | 12pm to 1pm
Part of our National Work Life Week webinar series for employers
Much has been spoken recently about how millions of employees have been adapting to working from home during the pandemic—but what about employees whose jobs can’t be done from home? This panel discussion will focus on employers whose staff are on the front line, providing services directly to the public. We will hear about the challenges of implementing flexible and family-friendly policies for a workforce that cannot work from home, innovations that have come out of COVID-19, and what the future might hold for new ways of working.
