Zurich UK – Finalist 2020, Best for Flexible Working

Zurich UK has advertised every job vacancy as available part time, as a job share or a full time working opportunity since March 2019. As a result, 14% more women are applying for roles and this rises to 16% for senior women.  

The insurance company focuses on outcomes not presenteeism and fully embraces flexibility with 88% of employees working flexibly, either formally or informally.
