Refreshed family friendly policies include maternity, adoption and Shared Parental leave with 13 weeks on full pay and 13 weeks on half pay. 

All senior management teams have undergone unconscious bias workshops and the firm has held virtual careers fairs so applicants with families can take part from home. 

Now 62% of employees work flexibly, fewer employees are leaving and the company has increased the number of women employees from 10 per cent in 2016 to 19 per cent in 2017.
