Global Witness – Finalist 2019, Best Flexible Working Initiative

  • Giving employees control over how they manage their daily hours and where they work has increased wellbeing among staff.
  • Changes were made after reviewing annual staff survey feedback and further conversations with employees.
  • A total of 82% of staff say they’re working more flexibly than a year ago.
