Experian – Finalist 2020, Best for Mothers

Financial services firm Experian offers up to 12 weeks of flexible working for employees returning from family leave. This allows employees and managers to see how flexibility can work for them. More people are making permanent changes to flexible working as a result.

Maternity leave includes 20 weeks on full pay and 19 weeks on Statutory Maternity Pay. Almost three quarters (73%) of mothers are still in post a year after returning from maternity leave.

Experian offer car parking spaces to pregnant staff, confidential counselling and mindfulness courses, as well as a personalised HR contact to support them throughout their return to work.
