Everything Everywhere, Finalist 2011, The Best for Mothers Award

Taking as a starting point their customer demographic, Everything Everywhere has put in place a programme to encourage working mothers to take a more prominent role in the companies customer facing areas. As well as proving very popular with staff, it has also allowed the company to develop a more diverse employee base.
