Deloitte – Finalist 2019, Best for Mental Health and Wellbeing

  • Well established senior-level ‘mental health champions’ and stories from senior leaders who have experienced mental health issues are helping normalise the previously taboo issue.
  • Training is underway to ensure one in four leaders at all levels are skilled in the basics of Mental Health First Aid.
  • Wellbeing conversations are part of standard one-to-one sessions with line managers and flexible working is encouraged to ensure employees gain a good work life balance.
