Deloitte – Finalist 2018, Government Equalities Office Best Returners Programme Award
Deloitte offers a 25-week paid ‘internship’ for experienced professionals who have had a career break of at least two years. The programme is aimed at women but is open to all.
In 2017, 86% of participants went on to permanent or contract roles.
The programme enables participants to work four days a week and in an agile way.
Participants undertake client-facing roles and benefit from refresher training in IT, development workshops, internal networking opportunities, group coaching sessions and a team ‘buddy’.
