  • Employees have access to carers leave of up to a normal week in every 12 months for those with a year’s service. Or reasonable brief amounts of unpaid leave if they’ve been with the company less time.
  • Flexible working and career breaks are also available.
  • Employee networks allow helpful signposting and peer support.
  • Managers are trained in how to support carers and employees have access to counselling to enable them to balance work with caring responsibilities.
