National Work Life Week

National Work Life Week 2025 will take place between 6-10 October, 2025.
Since 2010, National Work Life Week has been Working Families’ annual campaign to get both employers and employees talking about wellbeing at work and work-life balance. Employers can use the week to provide activities for staff, and to showcase their flexible working policies and practices.
Flex for All
This year’s National Work Life Week comes at a pivotal moment for how we think about flexibility and inclusivity in the workplace. Under the theme Flex for All, the 2025 campaign will spotlight the millions of people for whom flexible working isn’t just a ‘nice to have’, it’s essential. From Dads to unpaid carers, adoptive parents, Kinship carers and those supporting older family members, we’re calling on employers to make flexibility the default for all who have caring responsibilities in the workplace. Through real-life stories, practical tools, and a nationwide conversation, NWLW 2025 will champion inclusive flexibility that works for everyone and show how employers and policymakers can lead the way.
The 2025 toolkit will be available later in the summer. In the meantime, you might want to take a look at last year’s toolkit for further information.
