Our member’s Network Chair group provides peer support and best practice and research updates for the Chairs of family/parent/carer networks.  We hold approximately three Network Chair Lunches every year.  These events are specifically for Network Chairs to share ideas, network and hear best practice case studies on specific and relevant subject matters across a range of industries.

Our next Network Chairs’ Lunch on Thursday 2 November will be looking at the volunteers/members of the network committee – what is their role, is it standard, how much time is needed, how is it rewarded, what support can the organisation provide, how to engage and retain volunteers and how to get people to move on?

There will be interesting case studies from employer members on this subject and lots of opportunity to network, discuss and share ideas.
