#FlexTheUK Webinar – The Future of Flex
23rd June 2021 | 11am to 12noon

Get practical tips, best practice and creative solutions for flexible and agile working, from the UK’s leading flexible employers
Do you want to hear about the very best practice in flexible , hybrid and agile working? Do you want practical, achievable ways to build more flex into your team, improve your employer brand and attract the best talent? Then join our free #FlexTheUK webinar and hear from some of the UK’s leading employers.
COVID-19 has shown us the potential of widespread flexible working in the UK. The way in which the business world has adapted to the pandemic—whether it’s been a shift to remote working or encouraging flexible hours—proves that flexibility is possible in many more roles than employers had ever considered before. For parents and carers who will continue to face challenges balancing their work and caring responsibilities after the pandemic is over, and for businesses that want to stay ahead of the curve after COVID-19, one thing is clear: there’s no going back to business as usual.
This webinar is being held as part of Working Families’ #FlexTheUK campaign, to shine a light on some of the brilliant work being done by best practice employers: work that leads to a more fulfilled and productive workforce, and makes them an attractive employer for the best and brightest talent. The finalists for our Best for Flexible Working Best Practice Award will be talking about how they have developed a flexible working culture, the benefits they have achieved so far and their plans for the future as we emerge into a new world of work.
Working Families’ annual Best Practice Awards recognise UK employers whose stand-out cultures and practices demonstrate that they deeply understand that all employees perform better when they have some degree of flexibility over when, where and how they work ‒ and that employees will be more productive if the organisation supports their work-life balance.
This exciting panel discussion, moderated by Working Families CEO Jane van Zyl, will feature speakers from Together Housing Group, Streamline Corporate, Hill Dickinson LLP and Wates, our #FlexTheUK campaign partner.
