The last 12 months have challenged and changed every business in ways that we could not possibly have foreseen prior to the pandemic. In this webinar, three leading Scottish employers will be sharing their challenges and adjusted ways of working to support working parents and carers, as well as how they are embedding and future proofing these measures and working practices.
At Working Families, we work with organisations to make sure they are supporting their employees who are parents and carers as effectively as possible. We know that through the pandemic our members have experienced a multitude of challenges around staff engagement, employee wellbeing, morale, communication and burnout. But we also know that managers have realised that more roles can be worked in a flexible way that we’d ever thought possible, and members have found benefits from flexible working including increased productivity, a new emphasis on trust and team work, and moving to being digital first.
So, during this discussion, we will be looking in depth at how employers can utilise what they have learnt over the last year to build and embed high-performing, flexible workplaces, that enable all employees to thrive.
