National Work Life Week 2016: Cisco – moments that matter
Global technology leader Cisco is the proud sponsor of National Work Life Week.
The company that prides itself on changing the way people work, live, play and learn is just as committed to making its business ‘work’ for employees.
Sales director, Rachel Gray, who leads inclusion and collaboration at Cisco, said:
“Our flexible working culture enables employees to do their job from anywhere, at anytime, by leveraging the latest technology.
“Our goal is to empower employees to make the right choices for their work life balance themselves; providing family flexible working and management based on deliverables rather than a need to be present.
“We recently launched our ‘People Deal’ for staff and talk about ‘Moments that Matter’ because each individual has their own set of personal priorities at any given moment. It can be a new baby or a serious family illness. Or it could be something as simple as a new washing machine being delivered that means we need to work differently.”
Cisco has sponsored National Work Life Week since 2014 and uses it as a focal point to talk to employees about flexible working options available to them.
